Tashkent (Uzbekistan):President Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan has proposed the creation of a center for border cooperation at the border with Uzbekistan.
According to the head of Kazakhstan, the Khorgos Center between Kazakhstan and China can serve as a counterpart for such a center.
“I think such a complex will appear between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,” said Nazarbayev. He did not rule out that a new settlement could appear on the territory of the proposed construction.
The 2018 Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference is scheduled for April 8 to 11 in Boao, Hainan Province. The forum will be themed "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity."
