Beijing authorities have ordered tighter oversight for preschools, especially to enforce a high moral code among teachers.
The education commission requires that every kindergarten has an information board showing the supervisor’s name, photo and contact number, for parents who wish to file complaints.
A total of 835 supervisors have been appointed to oversee more than 1,500 kindergartens across Beijing.
