ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested a Proclaimed Offender, Sibtain Kazmi at Islamabad International Airport, who was wanted in the alleged murder of Head of Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP), Maulana Azam Tariq.
According to FIA here, an amount of Rs. one million had been declared as head-money by government for his arrest.
He was apprehended while attempting to flee to Manchester, via Doha on Qatar Airline flight No. QR-633 on a United Kingdom (UK) Resident Card.
The FIR had been registered against the accused in Golra Police Station, Islamabad in 2003.
The 2018 Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference is scheduled for April 8 to 11 in Boao, Hainan Province. The forum will be themed "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity."
