LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has reiterated that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a game changer and will not only bring about an economic revolution in Pakistan but will also change the fate of the entire region.
The prime minister, addressing business community members at Governor House Lahore on Saturday, said that CPEC will open new paths of progress.
He added that the PML-N government is making sincere efforts to redress the issues faced by the business community.
The incumbent government is trying to overcome the energy crisis in the country and boot business in Pakistan, the prime minister said.
About the security situation in the country, the prime minister said that operation Zarb-e-Azb is underway. The successful operation is rooting out the menace of terrorism from Pakistani soil, he said.
Governor Punjab Rafique Rajwana was also present at the occasion.
