KAKUL: President Mamnoon Hussain on Saturday vowed to continue operation Zarb-e-Azb till the end of last terrorist from the area.
Mamnoon Hussain and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif attended 134th Pakistan military passing out parade in Kakul.
While addressing the parade, Mamnoon Hussain felicitated the passing out cadets and wished them all the best for their brighter future.
The president stated that defence of a country is government’s first priority as it is facing internal and external challenges.
He said that anti-terrorism operation is pivotal for peace and security of the region and the world at large.
He said the people of Pakistan and its armed forces have given unprecedented sacrifices in this war, which are now bringing dividend in the shape of improved law and order situation.
Mamnoon Hussain said these efforts have also been recognized by the world community.
The president assured that Pakistan wants to strengthen mutual relations with neighboring countries to sustain harmony and unity in the region.
