LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) has on Saturday termed the Punjab local body amendment ordinance as a black law. The party has decided to challenge it in court on Monday in collaboration with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
