ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has on Friday said that the matters with Sindh government are being resolved smoothly. He said that the Rangers are doing their job in Sindh properly while Sindh government is cooperating with them.
Talking to media Rashid said that hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis are being allowed to enter the tax net voluntarily under tax amnesty scheme if they haven’t filed the returns. He said that putting these people behind the bars would have created problems as it’d have given an impression that businessmen were being targeted in Pakistan. He said that the bill will help the government increase its resources.
Talking about Rangers’ powers in Sindh, Information Minister said that Rangers are doing their job in Sindh while Sindh government is cooperating with them. He said that the matters with Sindh government were running smoothly.
