ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said that war against terrorism in not over yet and vowed that it would be brought to its logical conclusion.
Finishing arguments on National Action Plan (NAP) in the National Assembly, the interior minister said only military operation can not improve internal situation in the country, adding that terrorism would be eliminated.
Chaudhry Nisar said, “Civil-military coordination and sacrifices rendered by the entire nation made war against terrorism possible.” He also emphasized that security agencies should not be subjected to criticism.
After elimination of terrorism, paramilitary troops would be deployed in the affected areas, Nisar said.
About 25,000 students study in the seminaries of Islamabad only, he said and added that complete consensus has developed over registration and curriculum of Madrassas.
