SUKKUR: Pakistan People s Party (PPP) leader and Opposition leader in National Assembly, Syed Khurshid Shah on Sunday lashed out at the government and asked that why only Sindh is targeted on the name of corruption.
While talking to media in Sukkur, Khurshid Shah said that he already warned PM Nawaz that his own people would harm him.
He clarified that PPP has not involved into any clash with the government on the matter of Rangers’ power however; only Sindh should not be targeted while conducting the operation.
The PPP leader also stated that Interior Minister will also confess to crimes if he remains in the custody for 15 days.
He also criticized Imran Khan’s visit to India and said that Khan should give priority to nation’s pride.
He termed Khan’s move of asking for an appointment from Modi ‘inaccurate.’
Khurshid Shah also praised Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and said that he is a straightforward person whereas Rangers’ matter should be solved with mutual consent and in a healthy environment.
