SHABKADA: Interior Minister Chudhry Nisar Ali Khan congratulated newly trained members of the Frontier Constabulary on Thursday and told them that their fight is against those who malign the name of Islam.
“Your fight is with those who are using the name of Islam for the wrong reasons,” Nisar said while addressing a passing out parade in Shabkadar and lauded their efforts and hard work in assuming their new roles.
He told the new members of the security force that great responsibility rests in their hands to protect the nation.
“Great responsibility lies in your hands and you should be proud to be serving your country,” he said, adding that “I am certain you will do well.”
Nisar emphatically stated that internal and external enemies of the country will be defeated at all costs with unity in ranks.
“Our external enemy does not have the courage for face to face confrontation. Therefore it is using proxies to trigger anarchy in our villages and cities.”
He said the Indian defense minister has admitted his country’s involvement in acts of explosions in Pakistan.
“This statement should serve as an eye opener for the entire world. The elements perpetrating acts of terrorism in Pakistan are actually puppets and proxies of our eternal enemy,” Nisar said.
Further the interior minister said the entire political and military leadership are on the same page to defeat their nefarious designs.
Around 3,300 young men were taking part in today’s passing out parade.
“I am happy that 3,300 youth are becoming part of the FC today who have come into the force on merit,” he said.
Concluding, the minister lauded the efforts of the police, security and intelligence agencies and said that efforts must continue until the enemy is eradicated.
