ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Saturday said the report of National Database and Regulatory Authority (NADRA) in connection with NA-122 polls termed the election in the constituency as ‘massively rigged’.
According to statement issued here, Imran Khan further quoted from the report, saying ‘bogus voting’ took place during the polling in NA-122. He said verification of only 40 percent votes could be conducted out of the total ballot.
He said there are still 30,000 votes for which verification of thumb impressions and CNIC remain to be carried out. “This proves that rigging did take place in this constituency,” he maintained.
