CHARSADDA–Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) chief and member of National Assembly Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao was targeted in a suicide attack in Charsadda Thursday evening, where he had gone to attend Alamzeb Omerzai’s death anniversary, has reported.
According to reports, a suicide bomber rushed towards his convoy as it was passing through Omerzai area in an apparent attempt to assassinate Sherpao, who remained unharmed.
