According to Indian media reports, SRK will be playing a Gujarati don in the film. On this, he said, “I have not even done a rehearsal for the film, but I can assure you that no one can do the film like me. It sounds extremely pompous and arrogant, but I am being humble at the same time”.
“I am not surprised because Rahul came to me with this film. I am surprised that not many filmmakers dare to make such films anymore. I wonder why more such films don’t come to me. But then, I also understand that I can only work on one film. I work for 16-18 hours a day and I get less time to focus on multiple films at the same time,” he added.
SRK also insists that his upcoming films ‘Fan’ and ‘Raees’ is different from his other movies which he is famous for.
‘Raees’ is an upcoming Bollywood film helmed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Excel Entertainment, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Shah Rukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar will be playing the male leads in the film while Mahira Khan will play a female lead in the movie.
