ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk on Thursday chaired a Full Court meeting and discussed amendments in the appointment of officers and servants in the apex court.
The meeting was attended by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rahman, Justice Mushir Alam, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Qazi Faez Isa. Syed Tahir Shahbaz, Registrar, Supreme Court of Pakistan also attended the meeting.
At the start of the meeting the Chief Justice of Pakistan welcomed the Judges participating in the Full Court meeting. The Chief Justice said that the purpose of the meeting is to discuss various matter relating to the amendments in the Supreme Court for appointment of officers and servants and terms and conditions of service Rules, 1982. The issue was discussed thoroughly and reffered to Rules Committee for consideration of the representations filed by the different Supreme Court employees.
