LAHORE – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Thursday has said that it is Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) political, democratic and constitutional right to demonstrate its protest and that MQM respects its chairman Imran Khan s and the party s right.
According to a statement issued from London, Hussain said that it the democratic right of every political and religious party and every citizen of the country to demonstrate a protest in any area of the country to support his stance.
He also said that MQM respects Khan’s decision to demonstrate protest in Karachi on December 12.
Hussain also said that Khan could demonstrate protest in Karachi without any problem but he appealed to the party to keep the protest peaceful.
MQM chief further said that he is sure that no other party would also have a problem with PTI’s protest in Karachi.
