ISLAMABAD – Capital Development Authority (CDA) carried out computerized balloting for allotment of one hundred and twelve (112) alternate plots of different sizes to the allotees of Sector I-14 in sector I-12 in lieu of double allotment or deleted plots.
Balloting process was supervised by a committee headed by Deputy Director General (Estate and Land) CDA, Nadeem Ahmed Abro, while Director Estate Management, Director Security, Director I.T and other officers of relevant formations were also the member of this committee. The ceremony was also participated by the allotees.
In order to ensure transparency in the balloting process, different numbers were sought from the allotees and balloting process was conducted after feeding seven digits to computer. Furthermore, not only results of the balloting along with plot sizes were shown on the plazma screen but plots in the list were also announced.
These plots were allotted to those allotees of Sector I-14 whose plots were either deleted from sector I-14 or were double allotted due to re-designing of sector I-14. In the light of CDA Board decision and after the consent of allotees, one hundred twelve (112) plots were allotted in sector I-12 in lieu of their earlier allotments.
During the balloting, which was held at Pak-China Friendship, 36 plots measuring 138 sq. yards, 6 plots measuring 166 sq. yards, 45 plots measuring 200 sq. yards and 25 plots measuring 233 sq. yards have been allotted.
