Tribal Malik killed

PESHAWAR—Unknown gunmen Tuesday morning shot dead an important tribal elder of Orakzai Agency in Kohat district, DPO Abdullah Khan said. Malik Nawab Khan was gunned down by assailants when he was coming back home after offering Fajir prayer in the jurisdiction of Cantonment police station, he said. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors. The police soon after the cold blooded murder cordoned off the area and started search operation for the arrest of the accused. Cantonment police have registered case and started investigation.
