Ambassador of Oman calls on CJCSC

ISLAMABAD—Ambassador of Oman Mohammad Said Mohammad Al-Lawati on Wednesday called on Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), General Tariq Majid at Joint Staff Headquarters Rawalpindi.
He exchanged views with CJCSC focusing on matters of mutual relations between the two countries and other subjects of mutual cooperation.
CJCSC highlighted the importance of relations between Pakistan and Oman which are based on strong bonds of common history, heritage and religion. He also expressed satisfaction over ongoing military to military cooperation between the two countries and stressed on the need to strengthen these ties in specific areas of interest.
