Court orders to register case against SHO

FAISALABAD—The court has directed to register a dacoity case against 5 persons including SHO Chak Jhumra police station. According to details, Rakhsana Bibi of 186-RB had filed a petition in the Session court alleging that SHO Chak Jhumra Nasir Abbas and In-charge investigation Mian Abdul Jabbar along with three civilians namely Hasan, Muneer and Ejaz forcefully entered her house and looted cash and other valuables on March 20, 2008. After hearing the application, Additional Session Judge Salah-ud-Din Siddiqui has directed the DIG Operations to register a case against the nominated accused under relevant provisions of law and submit a photocopy of FIR at the earliest.
