Tanu complains against her co-stars

BOMBAY—Yes, actress Rakhi Sawant has replaced Tanushree Dutta in Rakesh Sarang’s ‘Horn Ok Pleassss’. Hence, Tanu has lodged a complaint against her co-stars with the actors guild. This happened when Tanu threw a tantrum after alleging that dance choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s assistant along with Nana Patekar had misbehaved with her. She was picturizing an item number with Nana at Filmistan Studios in Goregaon, Mumbai, for the film that had Dutta in a skimpy outfit. Though Nana and Ganesh tried to pacify the actress, but she did not budge an inch. As the report goes, while the 24-year-old, with films like ‘China Town’, ‘Bhagam Bhag’ and ‘Risk’ to her credit, was filming an item song with co-star Nana Patekar, she felt that some of the dance steps that the choreographer, Ganesh Hegde, wanted her to do with Patekar were obscene.
Upset over the issue, Tanushree left the set and went into her cabin. Later, her bodyguards allegedly roughed up some journalists when they tried to film her. During the spat some camera equipment was damaged. But, Tanu has complained to the actors guild against her co-stars’ misbehavior with her and also pelting stones at her car by their henchmen. The guild has assured Tanu of an urgent action by looking into her complaint and censoring those who are found guilty. However, industry circles say that such starry tantrums are not new in Bollywood! Anyway, let’s await the guild’s report.—Agencies
