Responsibles of Lal Masjid incident will not be spared: Khawaja

ISLAMABAD—Chief Cordinator Defence of Human Rights Khalid Khawaja on Tuesday said that cases will be registered in Supreme Court against the Responsible’ involved in Lal Majid incident including Pervez Musharraf in next few days.
People have voted for PPP and PML-N after showing their hatred against Lal Masjid Operation, Chief Cordinator Defence of Human Rights Khalid Khawaja expressed these views while addressing a Press Conference on Tuesday in Islamabad Press Club. He was also accompanied by Sister of Ghazi Abdul Rasheed. Chief Cordinator Defence of Human Rights Khalid Khawaja was of the view that we will continue to raise our voice against injustice.
We will not move backwards, as we want Justice and only Justice, he held.
Chief Cordinator Defence of Human Rights Khalid Khawaja said that Nawaz Sharif promised to solve our problems and especially the missing person issue. If matter of Sher Afgan and Arbab Ghulam Rahim can become a centre of attention in the world then why is the Government neglecting the said thorny issue, he pointed.
He demanded immediate release of Missing Persons at the earliest urging to construct Jamia Hafsa. Chief Cordinator Defence of Human Rights Khalid Khawaja further added that if incumbent Government does not provide the public justice then it will also end soon.
Meanwhile the students of Jamia Hafsa protested for the release of Maulana Abdul Aziz under the spirit of the National Reconciliation and demanded the opening of Jamia Faridia as directed by the Supreme Court.
The protest demonstration was organised by the action committee of Jamia Hafsa in front of the Islamabad Press Club participated by a large number of girls students of the Jamia along with the children aging from 6 to 10 years.
The students of Jamia Hafsa while talking to the journalists said that they want to meet Co-Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party Asif Ali Zardari and Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-N Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
They said that during the Lal Masjid operation phosphorus bombs were used, adding that Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari talk about on the issue of Masjid-e-Aqsa but why not taking notice of oppressions with the daughters of their own country. The students of Jamia Hafsa said that they are being forced to commit self-immolation.
