Qamar given additional charge of IT ministry

ISLAMABAD—Federal Minister for Kashmir and Northern Areas Qamar ur Zaman on Monday has been given Additional Charge of Information and Technology thus another massive change in Federal Cabinet.
According to a notification, Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani while using his rights under Rules of Business 1973 Clause 3 has issued directives for giving Additional Charge to Federal Minister for Kashmir and Northern Areas Qamar ur Zaman.
In this regard, a notification has been formally issued.
It must be merit-mentioning that the newly inducted Ministers in the Cabinet who have been given various Ministry’ Charges will have to prove their worth after being assigned challenging tasks.
The Ministers who have been given Additional Charge include Senior federal Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ahmed Khan Food and Agriculture, Federal Minister for Information and Technology Sherry Rehman Health, Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Syed Naveed Qamar, Privatisation and Investment, Federal Minister for Petroleum Khawaja Muhammad Asif Sports, Federal Minister for Education Ahsan Iqbal Minority Affairs and Federal Minister for Culture Saad Rafiq, Youth Affairs respectively.
