NUML holds Olympic torch welcoming function

ISLAMABAD—National University of Modern Languages held a function in connection with welcoming Olympic Torch, soon to be arrived in the capital, which was also attended by the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, here on Friday.
Gearing up to welcome the Olympic Torch, like many other institutions and organization, NUML did not left behind in enthusiasm awaiting Olympic Torch in the capital and arranged the event in befitting manner. The students gathered in large numbers, set up Olympic mascots and sang Olympic theme songs amid sprawling colours all over the place.
The Chinese ambassador also addressed on occasion and informed students and participants regarding various aspects of the Olympic torch event that will soon be hosted.
