Terrible traffic jam on Murree Road

RAWALPINDI—The terrible traffic jam on the busiest Murree Road has become a routine causing immense inconvenience to the commuters.
The citizens while expressing their concern over the situation opined that the load-shedding has intensified the problems as traffic signals not functioning during that time.
The people said that the school-going children and office-going people specially facing enormous difficulties to reach their destination.
Sami Masud, a resident of the city pointed out that the busiest road including 6th Road, Chandni Chowk, Committee Chowk, Mareer Chowk are witnessing terrible traffic jam and during the timing of offices and schools, the situation has become worsen.
Aqeel Ahmed while commenting on the worsening traffic jam said that on some points, the exchange of harsh words between officials of the traffic police and motorists are also seen.
The officials of the Traffic Police are holding responsible the drives while the drivers on the other hand putting blame on the other side.
The residents of the city have demanded of the new government to take immediate notice of the issue and mitigate their sufferings.
