Customer's complaints being taken seriously: NADRA
By Khalid Amin

ISLAMABAD—Chairman NADRA, Brig (R) Saleem Ahmed Moeen has taken note of public complaints and press reports regarding customer's case at NADRA Swift Registration Centres (NSRC).
Chairman has instructed the Regional Headquarters to take strict disciplinary actions against the staff asking for unnecessary documents and misbehaving with the applicants. Such staff could even face termination from their jobs with immediate effect.
He instructed the staff at NSRCs to improve the communication with applicants and avoid compelling them to visit NSRCs time and again to submit the required documents.
Brig (R) Moeen said that customer care is a top priority for NADRA and every citizen should be considered a VIP. NSRCs were introduced to change the VIP culture facilitating the common men and there are around 350 swift centres across the country assisting the citizens in getting the computerized ID cards.
Complaints against NADRA staff have been taken seriously at the NADRA Headquarter in Islamabad and actions against the concerned employees have been taken. Chairman has also directed the GMs of regions to regularly visit the Centres to facilitate the applicants.
