Air War College delegation briefed about NAs

ISLAMABAD—A-38 member delegation of Air War College Islamabad was briefed about the history and present political setup and administrative affairs by Northern Area administration on Wednesday in Chief Secretary Office Gilgit.
The delegation, led by Air Commodore, Incharge faculty, Aga Zahir Ahmed, was accorded warm wellcome be Northern Area Chief Secretary Maj (Retd) Qamar Zaman Ch.
The members of delegation included from Turkey, China, Jordan, Iran, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, and UAE. The NAs Chief Secretary and Home Secretary Sardar Mohammad Abbas Khan gave a detailed briefings about economy, minerals, communication ,tourism, law and order, historical background, culture, administrative setup and other matters.
Secretary Finance Syed Mutahir Shah shed light on financial setup of the region as well as fast-paced development. The members of delegation raised various questions which were replied by the Northern Areas Chief Secretary.  The briefing was attended by all administrative secretaries of the region.
