Ministers allocated houses in Ministers’ Colony

ISLAMABAD—The allotting of bungalows for ministers inducted in new federal cabinet in Minister’s Colony is being continued and after speaker and deputy speaker, bungalows have been allocated to six ministers.
According to details, there are over 37 bungalows in minister’s colony and the Prime Minister Secretariat has allocated residence to Speaker and Deputy Speaker National Assembly, two advisors of the Prime Minister and six new ministers.
Speaker National Assembly Dr. Fehmida Mirza has been allotted bungalow no 28 while Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi has been allotted bungalow no 19.
Federal Minister for Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis, Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah has been allotted bungalow no 27, Federal Minister for Privatization, Ports, Shipping and Investment Naveed Qamar (bungalow no 29), Information and Broadcasting Minister Sherry Rehman (bungalow no 31), Minister for Law and Justice Farooq H. Naek (bungalow no 36), Minister for Hosing and Public Works Rehmatuallah Kakar (bungalow no 20) and Minister for Kashmir and Northern Areas, Qamar-uz-Zaman Kaira allotted bungalow no 32.
Advisor for the Prime Minister on interior, Rehman Malik allotted bungalow no 32 while Salman Farooqi allotted bungalow no 24.
According to sources, two residences in Minister’s Colony were already being used, one by Attorney General of Pakistan Malik Muhammad Qayyum (bungalow no 14) while bungalow no 35 is being used by Dr. Atta-ur Rehman.
