PTCL to hold ‘Customer Facilitation
Camps’

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Business
Zone North has chalked out a programme of holding Customers Facilitation
Camps at different places in Islamabad and Rawalpindi to provide all
kinds of its closed contacts with its valued customers.
This is a plan of PTCL to provide all kinds of its service and
facilities at the door steps of customers of twin cities.
During the month of March, the Customers Facilitation Camps were held at
Cantt Saddar, Commercial Market Satellite Town, Chaklala Exchange in
Rawalpindi and Jinnah Super Market, Melody Market, F-11 Exchange, I-10
Exchange in Islamabad on different days. It was a successful attempt to
extend and promote PTCL services and products in One Stop Shop. The last
programme of this service was held at I-10 Market Islamabad.
The day long programme was started from 1000 hours till 1700 hours. PTCL
customers came in the Customers Facilitation Camp (CFC) for redressing
of their problems related to telecom services.
They placed orders for various services and products like new telephone
connections, Wirless Local Loop (V-fones) Broad Band, DSL, Student
Package Broad Band and also took first hand information about PTCL
services. The customers availed the opportunity to resolve their
problems in the same spot regarding facility telephones, installation of
new phone connections DSL non delivery of bills and excessive billing.
For this purpose, the Complaint Box was placed there for getting
complaints, and suggestion, Eight counters were arranged for providing
different kinds of PTCL service and products. The New telephone
directory for Islamabad- Rawalpindi customers was available in each
Customers Facilitation Camp.
PTCL Executive Vice President Business Zone North, General Manger
Islamabad Telecom Region, Senior Manager Rawalpindi and other senior
officers were also present on the occasion. They received complaints,
suggestion and proposals of customers. Orders were passed to resolve the
problems and noted suggestions of customers for improving the telecom
service.
