Two terror suspects held

LAHORE—Lahore police have arrested two terrorists involved in GPO Chowk and Naval War College suicide bombings and recovered a jacket used in suicide bombing, huge quantity of explosives from their possession.
Lahore CCPO Additional IG Malik Muhammad Iqbal claimed at a press conference at District Police Lines here on Thursday. The CCPO said the arrested accused Shahzad used to give shelter to suicide bombers in his house situated at Wahdat Road, where the bombers planned their terror activities.
During investigation, he said, it was found that all three suicide bombers involved in GPO Chowk and Naval War College suicide attacks were not Pakistan nationals. The consecutive suicide attacks in the provincial metropolis prompted the police to take extra-ordinary measures to nab the criminals responsible for the terrorist acts.
