Army organizes free medical

MINGORA—A free medical camp was organized by Pakistan Army at Mayar, tehsil Timergara, District Dir Lower where more than 1800 people were provided diagnostic facilities and medicines. Army doctors assisted by three physicians and 15 lady health workers from civil sector worked throughout the day to provide medical treatment to local populace. A large number of people, majority of which included women and children had come from remote areas. Apart from diagnosis and general check up, patients were provided ECG and laboratory test facilities. Troops also distributed a large quantity of biscuits, packets of sweets and stationary items among the children.
