By Mona Khan

ISLAMABAD—President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan has demanded the restoration of the judges through the executive order.
Talking to media men here on Tuesday in front of the residence of deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chudhary, the President SCBA said that there is no constitutional status of any resolution to be tabled in the National Assembly regarding the restoration of the judges.
He said that we have given timeframe of 30 days for the restoration of the judges but we do not want to inflict extra pressure on new Government.
Terming all the steps taken by President Pervez Musharraf unconstitutional, the President SCBA said that he (Musharraf) has lost three chances of quitting on July 20, November 3 and February 18.
The Parliament would take the decision regarding the impeachment of President Musharraf and implementation of Article 6, added President SCBA.
Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan said that an application was filed against Islamabad Administration against the detention of deposed Chief Justice, his children and other judges but no attention was given to it.
We have decided to file petition before the court of the session judge aiming to register FIR against the Islamabad Administration and punitive damage cases would also be filed.
He said that the deposed Chief Justice would address the Bar Associations across the country and the programme in this regard is being finalized.
