ITP taking welfare steps to boost morale of its employees: Zubair

ISLAMABAD—Senior Superintendent of Police, Traffic Islamabad, Muhammad
Zubair Hashmi has said that welfare steps are being taken in the
interest of the employees to boost up their morale.
He expressed these views while addressing a police darbar held here on
Monday. Darbar was arranged under the auspices of Muhammad Zubair Hashmi,
SSP Traffic. Deputy Superintendent Police (DSP), Syed Hassan Raza Shah,
Tajammal Hussain, Haji Rafaqat Hussain and beat Incharges apart from the
others staffers of ITP attended.
The personnel including engineering extended their suggestions for the
betterment of traffic system. Personal matters were also put forward by
the employees for effective resolution the high-ups.
On this eve SSP Traffic Islamabad stressed upon the ITP personnel not
only to continue their struggle for maintenance of their image through
honesty and hardworking but to make more efforts for the equal
implementation of traffic laws on roads showing politeness
He further said that officials of ITP have to play an effective role in
discharging of their duties with honesty, hardworking and firmness.
Welfare steps are being taken in the interest of employees to facilitate
them in their personal issues, as ITP is the first government
institution, which is enjoying health insurance facilities of their
families including their parents.
Due to health insurance their basic amenity of medical treatment will be
fulfilled and will be able to get treatment with due respect and dignity
without any requests to others, the SSP added.
The ITP is also considering obtaining life insurance of the ITP
employees in next phase, SSP stated.
SSP Traffic Islamabad said that ITP set an example of equal application
of law in the capital but now it has to carry out more devoted efforts
for providing better facilities to the road users. ITP personnel
extended their assurance to the SSP in providing better traffic system
to the citizens of Islamabad. |
