National
consensus vital to meet challenges: Ashraf
ISLAMABAD—Central leader Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Raja Pervez Ashraf
has said that there is dire need of national consensuses to meet
challenges, adding that, PPP would take all coalition parties alongwith
it.
Talking to media men here on Sunday, he said, we will have to bury all
differences including incident of May 12 in Karachi for better future of
the country. The unconditional support of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)
is positive development, he said, added, Amin Fahim is most loyalist
person of the Party and has come from Karachi to Islamabad to cast vote
to Yousaf Raza Gillani, the nominated Prime Minister.
The problem being faced by the nation will automatically be redressed
when the Parliament was strong, Pervez pointed out. The Opposition have
role in democracy and we will give due respect to Opposition, he said.
PPP doesn’t believe in policies of confrontation and want to take all
power outside or inside the Parliament alongwith it, he
concluded.—Online |
