decided that new training standards would be devised in line with
practical police work in the field
According to details of the proposed initiatives, Central Training Units
at National Police Academy would be strengthened with provision of
modern facilities such as library, computers and forensic facility.
Under this program 78 training modules prepared for police officers will
also be revamped and a special committee comprising Ihsan Sadiq, Police
Reforms Specialist and some trainers of National Police Academy has also
