Three die as speeding bus overturns on rickshaw

MIRPURKHAS—Three persons of a family including a child were killed and five persons were seriously injured when a passenger bus overturned on a Chingchi rickshaw at Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Road near here on Friday. Report said the affected family was coming to the city from Mohammad Medical College Hospital, Mirpurkhas situated at Ratanabad in a Chingchi rickshaw when a passenger bus coming from Tandoabad went out of control and overturned on the rickshaw. As a result three persons of a family were killed on-the-spot. They were identified as Siraj, 42, Gulnaz, 19, daughter of Siraj and Zain, 6, son of Siraj. Five other persons sustained serious injuries and were identified as Ms Asghari, wife of Siraj, Khalida, 22, daughter Siraj, driver Sawan, Ghulam Hussain and Khalid Hussain.—Online
