Free pollen allergy relief camp from 17th

ISLAMABAD—Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration has decided to start free pollen allergy relief camp at the Aabpara Community Centre, Islamabad from March 17 (Monday) for providing treatment facilities to the allergy patients free of cost.
This was decided at a high level meeting held here on Thursday under the chairmanship of Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Hamid Ali Khan.
The meeting was informed that timings of the camp will be from 9.a.m to 4.p.m. Initially, duration of the camp will be for 10 days but may be extended depending upon the quantity of pollen count in the air.
The meeting was informed that as per past practice of treatment facilities i.e homeopathic, allopathic and hikmat treatment facilities would be provided to the allergy patients free of cost including all allergy medicines.
Chief Commissioner, Islamabad will inaugurate free pollen allergy relief camp at Aabpara Community Centre on March 17 at 11 am.
The meeting was attended by Dr.Usman Yousuf, allergies Hakeem Rizwan Hafeez, Dr.Nasir Ch.Homeopathic, Council, Zafar Bukhtawari Chief executive, D- Watson, Shaheen Chemist, Pharmanet, Global Pharma, Dannis Pharma, Getz Pharma, M/S Willson, M/S Werric and representatives from other pharmaceutical companies, director (Administration) Ch. Muhammad Ali, DHO Islamabad Dr.Fazl- e-Maula, Director (AIL) Tariq Javed Malik, Deputy Director (Admin) Ch. Asghar Ali, Drug Inspector, Islamabad Sardar Shabir Ahmed and other officials.
The pharmaceutical companies, owners representatives also announced donations of medicines for the camp which amounts to millions of rupees.
Chief Commissioner, Islamabad, Hamid Ali Khan, highly appreciated their gesture of good will for humanitarian cause and thanked all the participants.
He also appreciated the contribution made by the Ex-chief commissioner Islamabad Ch. Junaid Iqbal for removing the causes of pollen allergy from the city and holding camps.
All the participants highly acknowledged the contribution made by the former Chief Commissioner Ch. Junaid Iqbal.
