Maiden flight of Y-12 aircraft from Wana

Rawalpindi—Pakistan Army Aviation successfully conducted the maiden flight of a Y-12 Aircraft from Wana to Peshawar on 10 March. Travel facilities were also extended to civilian population of Wana on this flight. It is yet another step by Pakistan Army towards fulfilling its commitment to facilitate the lives of local population of FATA, according to ISPR. Development works being carried out in FATA have brought about a new sense of awareness among the locals. Army has been extensively engaged in the development works of FATA with a view to improve the quality of life of general public.
