MPA Jan Ali Changezi joins PPP

QUETTA—Newly elected independent Member of Balochistan Assembly Jan Ali Changezi Monday announced to join Pakistan People’s Party. Addressing a press conference along with PPP nominee for Chief Ministership of Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani here, he said he took the decision after consultation with his supporters and notables of his constituency. On the occasion, Nawab Raisani thanked Jan Ali Changezi for joining the PPP and said it would further strengthen the party in the province. After this new entry, the PPP has the support of 45 members of the provincial assembly to form the government. To a question regarding support of JUI, the PPP leader said the support of JUI parliamentarians would be welcomed but they would not be given share in the provincial government.
