103 couples tie knot

ISLAMABAD—A mass wedding ceremony for 103 couples was held at Qasba Morkhanda of the district Nankana Saheb with traditional band and bugles under aegis of Sufi Muhammad Anwar Madinawalay. The brides including 47 orphans and 55 from the poor families, private TV channel GEO reported. One bride came from Spain who converted to Islam and got married to Muhammad Imran of Lahore. All the brides were given dowry of Rs70,000 each.
