Pakistan Food Festival attracts India food lovers
NEW Delhi—Pakistani food specialties with peculiar taste and colour
attracted the Indian food lovers here at a Pakistan Food Festival.
Special Chefs from Pakistan presented Lahori Fried Fish, Peshawari
Chapli Kabab, Balochi Chicken Sajji, Chinioti Mutton Kunna, Chicken
Balti and Mutton Yahni Pulao at the festival, which will continue for
five days. According to a chef, Pakistani special taste is not available
in India, therefore these food items were welcomed by Indian enthusiasts
as a new taste for them. Special spices were used in Pakistani food, he
said. Even the popular Indian food outlets also took keen interest in
the festival, he said.
