Rawalpindi Sunni Conference tomorrow

RAWALPINDI—Jamiat-Ahle Sunni is to hold Sunni conference tomorrow (Sunday) at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium ground. Special preparations have been made for a 50' long, 50' wide and 7' high stage, and strict checking procedures would be taken while entering the venue. All necessary preparations for prayer congregation and ablutions have also been made.
While addressing a meeting after reviewing the ongoing preparations for the event, the secretary general of Jamaat Ahle Sunnah, Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah informed that massive groups of participants would start pouring in today night at the conference considered as a landmark occasion for global preaching of Islam, and integrity of the Federation.
Allama Sahib informed that the conference which would start early in morning at 1000 hrs would continue till late night, and assured that fool proof steps have been taken by police and law enforcement agencies to ensure security measures, while volunteers from the organization would also assist.
Many other political leaders, intelligentsia, lawyers etc have also been invited to attend the occasion. He also condemned the blasphemy issue and announced to convene a joint strategy to foil the nefarious and evil designs of despotic forces trying to weaken Islam.—Agencies
