Reference to pay tribute to Gulgee

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will hold a reference to pay tribute to the celebrated artists Ismail Gulgee (late) and Prof. Colin David (late) here on March 6. The event would be held at National Art Gallery in which artists will highlight the life and works of the eminent artists, says a statement issued here Wednesday.
