Dr A Q Khan hospitalized

ISLAMABAD—Dr A.Q Khan on Wednesday was hospitalized for complete medical checkup and health care as he had developed some infection in his body. According to ISPR news release, “Dr. Khan has been keeping good health since his surgery in September 2006. Yesterday, he complained of weakness and was provided immediate medical treatment at home.”
“Medical checkup revealed low blood pressure and fever, probably due to some infection. Doctors advised him to be hospitalized for a detailed medical checkup. Dr A.Q Khan has thus, been shifted to the hospital in the morning, where the panel of doctors, who treated him earlier, is taking care of him. Doctors who are treating him are hopeful that Dr A. Q Khan would return home fully recovered in a couple of days. Public would however, be kept informed about the state of health of Dr Khan, periodically”, the news release added.
