3 of a family killed in road mishap

SAHIWAL—Three members of a family were killed and two others sustained injuries when a car overturned on Sahiwal-Pakpattan road Tuesday night. According to police, Abid Murtaza resident of Bahawalnagar alongwith his family members was on his way to Faisalabad by car (BNA-1401) when it turned turtle while saving a pedestrian near Sukh Biyas Pul. As a result Abid Murtaza, his uncle Ghulam Murtaza and sister Abida (10) died on the spot while his two other sisters—Samia Murtaza and Samia Murtaza sustained serious injuries.—Agencies
