Trade officer asked to promote export

ISLAMABAD—The President Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Muhammad Ijaz Abbasi here on Wednesday stressed upon the newly designated trade officers to promote exports of the country. Addressing the first badge of trade officers designate of Ministry of Commerce, the ICCI president said that they must play active role to promote trade with the countries of their appointment. The officers visited the ICCI office and had a detailed meeting with chamber president and its members. They included Dr. Ahmed Bilal, Counsel General, Consulate General of Pakistan, Hong Kong, Ms.Ayesh Humera, economic consultant, WTO mission, Geneva, Fuad Hashim Rabbani, Commercial Counsellor, Embassy of Pakistan, Seoul, Hassan Mehmood Yousufzai, Commercial Counsellor, Embassy of Pakistani, Lagos.—Agencies
