President felicitates Korean counterpart

ISLAMABAD—President Pervez Musharraf has felicitated the new-elected President of Republic of Korea Mr. Lee Myung-bak, In his message the president said, “I have great pleasure in conveying my warm felicitations to Your Excellency, on your assumption of office as the President of the Republic of Korea. Your election is recognition by the people of Korea of your outstanding leadership qualities and valuable services rendered to the country. I am confident that under your leadership, Republic of Korea will continue to prosper and play its due role in furtherance of regional and international peace, prosperity and cooperation. Pakistan and Republic of Korea enjoy cordial and friendly relations.
