IJT demands expulsion of Danish envoys

ISLAMABAD—Islami Jamiat Talba (IJT) on Friday staged a protest demonstration against the publication of blasphemous caricatures in newspapers by Denmark and other European Countries and demanded to expel Ambassadors of Denmark from Pakistan.
Thousand of angry protesters staged a protest demonstration outside Faisal Mosque on Friday. They were carrying placards and banners in which slogans were inscribed against Denmark Government. They demanded from Pakistan Government to expel Ambassadors of Denmark from Pakistan and other Islamic Countries. Such people are trying to play with the feelings as well as temperament of the Muslims, they held.
They were of the view that we must boycott all Danish products.
If Government does not take any apt measure then no one can stop the storm of the Students, they stressed. They further announced that if their demands are not fulfilled then they have other ways to stop such publication of blasphemous caricatures in newspapers by Denmark and other European Countries.
