Four relief trucks reach SWA

WANA—APA Ladha Muhammad Yakka Akhoonzada on Friday received four trucks relief goods worth of Rs. 5 million sent by the Governor NWFP for affected families of operations against militants. The NWFP Governor Awais Ahmad Ghanni dispatched the relief goods for 75 affected families of the South Waziristan Agency. The relief items included, double-bad blankets, towels, crockery, cooking sets and other items of daily use. Talking to newsmen Muhammad Yakha Akhozanda said that the Governor would send eight more trucks of relief goods amounting to Rs. 10 million to the people of South Waziristan Agency in next few days. The relief goods would minimize the problems and hardships of the people of Waziristan agency, he concluded.—Agencies
