PML-Q to play Opp role: Elahi

LAHORE—PML-Q president and former chief minister Punjab, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said PML-Q will sit on opposition benches and will continue to play positive role.
“We will continue to play positive roe by sitting on the opposition benches. We will continue to remind the winners of the elections the pledges they have made with the voters. We will monitor if they deliver their promises”, he said this while addressing a press conference here Thursday in Muslim League house.
The votes secured by PML-Q and its allied parties including PML-F and MQM during the elections are far greater in number than the winners of the elections bagged, he claimed. He alleged PML-N was not a political party and it was rather a group. The genuine Muslim League is our Muslim League, he added.—Online
