3 Policemen killed in Quetta

Quetta—Three policemen have been killed and 2 injured as a result of firing by unknown persons in Quetta. Dozens of people including policemen stage protest demonstration and blocked the road due to delay in providing first aid to injured ones.
According to media reports, unknown motorcycle riders fired on traffic policemen in Kali Ismail in Quetta. In this incident sub-inspector Abdul Latif has died on spot while constable Shabbir and Ayub has lost their lives at the hospital, 2 policemen were also injured in this incident.
Just after this incident heavy contingent of policemen reached on the spot and protested against delay in providing first aid to injured policemen in hospital. Other people also reached there and blocked the road. Policemen said that protest would continue till protection is provided to traffic police.
